Butt Sniffers Payment Terms
- We require a 50% transferable deposit on all boarding bookings of 4 nights or more within 24 hours of your booking being confirmed in order to secure your pets room and price. The balance is payable 7 days prior to your pets stay.
Bookings cancelled within 7 days of your pets stay; the deposit is non-refundable.
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of your pets stay will be charged in full.
Bookings cancelled more than 7 days from your pets intended stay will be refunded in full as a transferable credit.
All boarding bookings of 3 days or less require full payment within 24 hours of receipt of your invoice. The same refund terms as above apply.
All Daycare bookings must be paid in full within 24 hours of receipt of your invoice. The same refund terms as above apply.
Our prices will increase to £30.00 for day care and £ 42.00 per night for boarding from 01 April 2024. All bookings made prior to this date and deposits received pay the price invoiced.
