Who We Are
About Butt Sniffers
- Located in the beautiful countryside of Brent Pelham and conveniently within 15 miles of Royston, Saffron Walden, Bishops Stortford, Buntingford, Ware, Stevenage and Letchworth.
- We offer both boarding and daycare – all booked conveniently through Pet Manager.
- We have 3 beautifully decorated and heated rooms making for a super cosy and tranquil stay.
- Each room has wooden beds with comfy mattresses, blankets provided for each dog and Vet Bed on the floors, they are equipped with TV’S, Cameras linked to our phones and night lights, catering for a safe and fully monitored stay.
- Outside areas are monitored by CCTV

Who we are
- We have our own private 2.2 acres of stunning meadows for our guests to play and get all the exercise they need. Weather dependent they are out more than they are in.
- We only have 16 guests per night and therefore attention to detail and one on one care is what differentiates us from the pack.
- Intact males must be neutered after 1 year old.
- All sizes and breeds of dogs from 12 weeks are welcome, all dogs must be vaccinated please.
- We are fully insured and licensed

Our Story
We are not just a Hotel
- We are affiliated to the Woolpack Veterinary Surgery in Buntingford if necessary.
- All our guests’ entire stay is featured daily on Facebook and Instagram and you are free to contact us at any time to check in on their stay.
- We believe off lead is best but are happy to accommodate guests who prefer otherwise.
- Record keeping – From the time you book in on Pet Manager all our guests’ entire stay is recorded and available for you on request.
- We listen to our clients wants and needs and go the extra mile to accommodate all our guests’ special needs.
- We ascertain each dog’s energy and activity levels, and are ever observant to ensure these are met at all times.
- Each guest is washed and dried in our Butt Sniffers muddy paws area with warm water. Then brushed, licked and sniffed by our very own resident Butt Sniffer Pepper before checking out.
